About Tea leaves

Using tea leaves from the NAKAI Tea processing factory,
grown organically in the misty mountains of Watsuka, Kyoto,
we recreated the rich, authentic flavor of Uji-matcha.

In order to make the most of the deep and delicate flavor
inherent in Uji-matcha green tea,
the cream was repeatedly adjusted for
sweetness and balance to create a smooth and rich flavor.

This flour is a unique blend of Takaragasa,
which is low in gluten, and Japanese flour,
and is characterized by its soft texture and texture.
The artisans determine the temperature, humidity,
